THE BAIT OF ADULTERY

YOUR GUARD AGAINST ADULTERY

Before grace:Leviticus 20:10

After grace: Matthew 5:27-28

  A part from the church,the second most marked unit by the enemy,is the home front.When the family unit that make up the church are troubled,the church will bear the brunt.If the issue has become a concern to the church,then,how about the fate of those who are outside the church?

It has become a norm and a common practice,well acceptabe out there.

ADULTERY

  An all time high,and high effective bait dropped before the unguarded soul for a catch by the enemy.If you have not set  up boundaries and raised your restrictions as a believer, you may be taken off guard.

THE INROADS

  Close colleagues and subordinates of the opposite sex are often the best bait used  by the enemy.Repeated closeness and emotional ties often times lead to this, if not checked.

WATCH OUT THOU CHRISTIAN : Prov.6:26 

  Watch out for such baits and personalities.If he or she always come around when there are no distractions.Note that person.

Check your heart....Matt.5:27-28; 2peter2:14

 

  The issue of lust must be dealt with,if you are to overcome adultery.If you notice lust within,kindly approach the foot of the cross for purging and sanctification.Sever most close and emotional ties and place an impregnable restrictions.

Take your heart before the cleanser,cry mightily before the Lord for a thorough purging until there's no accommodation for lust within.

ANNOUNCE YOUR ALLEGIANCE TO THE MASTER

   In every new contact you establish,announce whom you have pledge your allegiance to.Let this be visible in your words and actions.It won't be to your advantage to ever hide your allegiance to the Christ.

  Share the gospel of liberation,because it has a way of shielding ,defending and protecting you.Do this as often as you can.
